Room rates at the Chatham Seafarer Inn are based on guest occupancy – and vary depending on the room location, date, and specific type of room. Rates do not include state and local occupancy tax of 12.45% (includes Water Protection Fund) that is applied to each room.

• All reservations must be secured by a deposit. The amount of the deposit is fifty percent of the total reservation cost. If you are staying one night the deposit is the total amount of the reservation.
• Refunds on cancellations will only be made with notification 21 days or more before the first night of arrival. All reservation cancellations are subject to a $35 fee for each reserved room.
• Check-in time is after 3:00pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive late on your day of arrival in order for us to make the necessary arrangements. Check out time is before 10:00am.
• One reserved parking spot per room. Please contact us in advance to request additional parking.
• Pets are not allowed
