Room rates at the Chatham Seafarer Inn are based on double occupancy and vary depending on the room location, date, and specific type of room. Extra guests are $35/night.
Rates do not include state and local occupancy tax of 12.45% (includes Water Protection Fund) that is applied to each room.
All reservations must be secured by a deposit. The amount of the deposit is fifty percent of the total reservation cost. If you are staying one night the deposit is the total amount of the reservation.
Refunds on cancellations will only be made with notification 21 days or more before the first night of arrival. All reservation cancellations are subject to a $35 fee for each reserved room.
Check-in time is after 3:00pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive late on your day of arrival in order for us to make the necessary arrangements. Check out time is before 11:00am.
One reserved parking spot per room. Please contact us in advance to request additional parking.
Pets are not allowed
Quiet hours are 10:00pm at night to 8:00am the next morning.
