Mac’s Chatham Fish & Lobster
A 3 minute drive from the Chatham Seafarer Inn, Mac’s is shockingly great. In this unassuming location, you will find the highest quality fresh local seafood including Wellfleet oysters. The menu is both classic and creative. We love the ceviche and crudo specials. The restaurant is connected to Chatham Fish & Lobster market.
Bluefins
Bluefins is located in the heart of Chatham. The restaurant’s fresh sushi – prepared by a real sushi chef – is unbelievable. The spicy tuna hand rolls and the shrimp tempura are not to be missed. The menu also includes traditional seafood, steak and chicken dishes.

The traditional Italian bistro gets a Massachusetts makeover at this tres-chic spot. The brick-oven pizza is especially delish, and you won’t want to miss the killer cocktails and live jazz.

No waterfront getaway is complete without a trip to this local gem. Lunch is slightly less pricey than dinner, and reservations are a must if you want a table. Don’t mind eating at the bar? Head straight to the back and enjoy the full menu with first come, first served seating.
The Chatham Squire
Located directly downtown, the Squire is known and loved by all. It is split into two sides: the bar side, which is perfect early in the evening for kids as they can play foosball and video games while their parents enjoy their cocktails, and the restaurant side, which is a little more upscale, but still family oriented, and features a lovely wine list as well as a broad – something for everyone – menu. A great option for a family dinner that serves more than nuggets.

Red Nun
A sweet, low-key option perfect for the family. You can eat in or on the patio and choose from their wonderful daily specials or carefully constructed menu including everything from burgers and nachos to specialty salads. We find them to be excellent on food allergies, very solicitous and accommodating. When kids finish, they often end up on the ball field or in the playground, while parents linger over cocktails. Walkable from town, but lines may be shorter due to location.
